we want to custozie the response of a request we are using the (javascript)
the response is not screen responsive.
when we enable SMS and QR at the same time it will not show properly on small screens so we need help to redesign the look of response

Canadian citizenship card verification
As we know a Canadian citizenship card has no expiration date, the API always raises an exception of 'Please upload a valid government ID. Required field cannot be read', please let us know how to handle this issue since we have to allow our user to use his/her citizenship card.
