when we did the request with JS SDK we get an element to render after the completion of the request and it render Vouched HTML and CSS and never give control to the developer to change the text, font, and color. I am talking about the "Send SMS" module. and the send message button also does not fit according to my site. so please give me a solution to fix this issue we want to customize the message "Enter your number and we'll text a secure link to your cell phone." with our own text also want to update the text of the next button. we want to use our own styling on the SMS section to change the look and feel. for example: border-color, font size, font, color, etc

How can I customise the text received to include my site name instead of organisations name?

Need some help, had the account for a while, and can not reach anyone by phone. I left phone messages in the past on all available vouched phone numbers ,and had no follow up call. Same now ,Whats going on ???

We are having issues with the automatic capture feature on your SDK. Do you offer a button for us to initiate the manual capture of the document? We are using React Native.

the response is not screen responsive. when we enable SMS and QR at the same time it will not show properly on small screens so we need help to redesign the look of response

I'm trying to do an integration and testing on desktop I cannot get past the first image capture. My camera is a 1080p logitech webcam, works great for zoom, google meets, etc. Before I hold up the card for the first time, it's telling me to move my card back. Then after I hold up my card, it tells me to put the card on a non-reflective surface and frame it in the rectangle, which makes sense for mobile. But I'm on desktop... I'm holding up the card. Eventually I get "if you're having trouble taking a picture, use the camera button instead", which ends up pretty frustrating because there is no camera button... :)

Not able to find any sdk for react-js

I use the js plugin in my angular application. Is there an ability to flip the taken photo? So, I mean, during the selfie we see the mirrored photo, but it is send as not. Is there an option to keep it mirrored?

When I'm logged into Vouched.Id and after I check the submission of a person I try to click the "Reviewed" checkbox but instead of the checkmark I get the "Account not found" error which doesn't allow me to click that checkbox. I have tried logging in/out several times and checked all my profile information to be correct. Please help me fix this issue. Thank you.
